Following up on our conversation yesterday,the city does not find a permit for the construction of the boat house at
2496 Old Beach Road. Looking at historical aerial photos and your statement that the structure has been there since
1999 we conclude it is a lawful, nonconforming structure. The structure can be re-built in-kind,same elevation,
footprint, roof pitch,etc. I have attached the City's building permit application for your reference. If you have any
additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
