Our engineer performed a desk review of the as-built survey,visited the property and has the following comments:
1. The top and bottom elevations of the retaining walls are not labeled as required by the city survey standards
(copy attached). Please have the top and bottom of the retaining walls labeled and submit an updated survey.

block wall type. A copyof the retaining wall design signed by an engineer must be submitted for the file.
3. The sloped area on the west side of the home does not appear to be stabilized with any vegetation or other
means of permanent erosion control. Construction erosion control measures must be restored until the bank Is
stabilized with vegetation.
4. The survey Nsts"WOnir,"proposed"and'as-bulk'hardcover.Please have the as-bullt hardcover calculations
shown using the ClWs.Hardcover Calculation Worksheet(copy attached). The hardcover calculations should be
updated to show the accurate retaining wall square footages and the fire pit area.
S. The word"Slit FenceA is shown on the lakeside of the survey,but no silt fence is depicted. Please have it
removed from the survey.
We currently hold$2,500 In escrow. Upon resolution of all life/safety issues a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy can
be Issued following submittal of an additional$7,500 In escrow(for a total of$10,000)until vegetation has been
established over the exposed soil and the above Items have been addressed. Attached Is a copy of the Temporary
Certifikaiae of Occupancy escrow agreement.Please sign and return with a check for$7,Soo.
