Summary of Project/Decision (indicate exemption number per MN Rule 8420.0122, if applicable):A wetland
boundary was delineated by Wayne Jacobson on parcels adjacent to Orono High School, at 795 Old
Crystal Bay Road N, Orono, Hennepin County,-SW 1/4 of Section 28, NW 1/4 of Section 33, TI 18N,
R23W. The wetland boundary delineated was a southward extension of the boundary that was approved
on 5/12/08. The boundary as labeled on the survey submitted to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
(MCWD)on November 24, 2008 is accepted by the MCWD. The boundary was verified in the field on
November 18, 2008 by MCWD staff.

NOTE: Approval of Wetland Replacement Plan Applications involving the use of wetland
banking credits is conditional upon withdrawal of the appropriate credits from the state wetland
bank. No wetland impacts may commence until the applicant receives a copy of the fully signed
and executed "Application for Withdrawal of Wetland Credits," signed by the BWSR wetland
bank administrator certifying that the wetland bank credits have been debited.
THIS DECISION ONLYAPPLIES TO the Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act. Additional approvals or
permits froth local, state, and federal agencies may be required. Check with all appropriate authorities
before commencing work in or near wetlands.
Applicant proceeds at their own risk if work authorized by this decision is started before the appeal time period has
expired. U this decision is reversed or revised under appeal the applicant is responsible for all wetland impacts.

Local Government Unit Findings and Conclusions

pratensis) were dominant. Plant communities along the extended boundary were
resources within the consistent with those along the previously approved boundary to the north.
