In accordance with Minnesota Statute 299F.011 , an in pection of your property
was conducted for the purposes of fire and life safety. t the time of the
inspection, certain conditions were observed which do not meet the minimum
requirements of the MN Uniform Fire Code; those item are listed on the reverse
side, under Corrective Action.
A follow-up inspection will be conducted on or soon of er the time listed on the
inspection report. The purpose of the follow-up inspec ion is to determine that the
violations or deficiencies observed on the previous ins ection have been
corrected. Please notify the inspector, in writing, when the necessary corrections
have been made.
Within a few weeks following the initial inspection, YOL will be receiving formal,
written orders from the State Fire Marshal Division. T e written orders are formal
notification of the violations and deficiencies as discu sed and documented on
the inspection report. Failure to correct fire safety viol tions is a violation of state
statute.
Those items listed as 90 day corrective orders are eli ible for time extensions
once there has been substantial compliance with the ther items AND a plan of
correction has been developed and submitted to the i spector responsible for
conducting your inspection. In addition, there is a var ance procedure provided
by state statute. For information on time extensions r variances, please contact
the inspector listed on the reverse side.
