Within a few weeks following the initial inspection, YOL will be receiving formal, written orders from the State Fire Marshal Division. T e written orders are formal notification of the violations and deficiencies as discu sed and documented on the inspection report. Failure to correct fire safety viol tions is a violation of state statute. Those items listed as 90 day corrective orders are eli ible for time extensions once there has been substantial compliance with the ther items AND a plan of correction has been developed and submitted to the i spector responsible for conducting your inspection.
