Tried to leave a message late yesterday.
It appears that the Open Easement, Resolution 6641 and Resolution 6642 appear to be of record but I do not see
Resolution 6643 yet. The images of these documents are not yet available which leads me to believe the
County isn't quite done entering these documents in their system.
In any event,the documents were recorded on 8/19/16 as#10350323 (Easement), #10350324 (Resolution 6641)
and#10350325 (Resolution 6642).
Let me know if you want me to keep checking on these documents for the images.

After we spoke yesterday I contacted the City's attorney. They did receive the documents and quickly submitted them
to Hennepin County for recording. The attorney's office informed us however it may some time for the documents to
officially be recorded, perhaps days or weeks. Mike and I have discussed whether we can issue the building permit prior
to the lot line rearrangement being recorded and have determined we cannot. We cannot issue a permit for
construction over a shared lot line until that lot line no longer exists. We understand this seems like merely an annoying
technicality but we have no authority to issue the permit until the lot line rearrangement is official. As soon as we are
notified the documents have been recorded we will contact you and issue the building permit.

There will be no additional landscaping that will be done. We will just repairing the edging, sod and mulch
around the area that is being excavated. I have also contact the MCHD and they do not require a permit for the
work that is being done. You should have received an email from them a few weeks ago. I will contact them
again to make sure that you get it.
