I then looked through the home permit file and associated microfiche. I would like to get copies of the home plans that were included in the file. You mentioned this would need to be printed off site due to size. Can I make this request via email or do we need to come into the office to request and pay first? What is the turnaround time to get copies? Also, can you remind me the timing and requirements of me to make a variance request for a garage extension? The digital image is then sent to another department to be plotted out and printed to bond paper. The"blowback"process is no longer used. Costs—See page on Calculating Charges Schedule a Job 1. Have the customer complete the Request for Reprint form and pay for the estimated charges. 2. Go to Water Plant and pick up microfilm in the jacket to be sent to ARC. 3. Provide instructions for the reprint job(sample attached-3rd page of X:\Data\Administrative Support\(Instructions-Procedures)\Reprints of Oversized Documents-instructions.doc). 3. On the envelope, indicate: Attn: Imaging Department 4. Call ARC at 763-694-5900 and ask for Communications. (You could also ask for Grant or Sam _,,0 and they can schedule the pickup.)
