For an 800 sq ft garage the side and rear setbacks(rear= North Shore Drive)would be 15', if the garage doors do not face North Shore Drive. If the garage doors face North shore drive,the rear setback would be 30'. Up to 20%of the gross area of the lot is allowed to be covered in structure. The property is also located within Tier 1 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District which allows 25%of the gross area of the lot to be covered in hardcover.
