Your property addressed 3760 Northern Avenue is located in LR-1C zoning district. Click here to be directed
to City's on-line municipal code for the LR-1 C zoning district. The LR-1 C zoning district requires 10' side yard
setbacks. If the easement on the easterly side of your property was only five feet in width there still would not
be enough room available to construct a full-size third garage stall within the required setback.
