AGREEMENT AND SWORN STATEMENT
The work for which this permit is issued shall be performed according to
the approved plans and specifications,applicable City approvals,and the
State Building Code. This permit is for only the work described and does
not grant permission for additional or related work which requires separate
permits. All provisions of laws and ordinances goveming this type of work
shall be compied with whether or not specified herein.This permit will
expire and become null and void if construction authorized is not
commenced within 180 days of the date of issuance,or if construction is
suspended for a period of 180 days at any time after work has commenced.
The applicant is responsible for assuring all required inspections are

RE:

Scope: Dredging a channel from lagoon to main lake.
Goals: To create a channel for the Brooks to gain access to their lagoon and be able to
use their dock.
Description:
We plan to do our dredging from the ice with a small backhoe, bobcats, dump trucks and
containers. The backhoe will remove the dredging and place the material into small
containers to be transported across the ice onto the Brooks property. The containers will
be emptied into the staging area to have a chance to dry and freeze. The following days
will involve removing the previous days dredging from the Brooks property into dump
trucks and then it will be transported to the landfill (Dem-Con) in Jordan MN while
continuing the dredging on the lake. At the end of the project,we will spread black dirt
and grass seed over the staging area and return the Brooks property back to its original
state.
Schedule:
February 13-March 6
Hauling: M-F during Dem-Con working hours of operation.
Route: Ferndale Road West,to Hwy 15 East,to Hwy 12 E,to 169 South to Jordan.
