Please see the attached. There is no development work taking place at this time, but as new home
permits are issued, there could perhaps be some new grading, etc.
All erosion control is in place. I'm sorry that Todd and Mark failed to respond to your

I am contacting you to let you know that MCWD's permit for the 3700 Northern Avenue subdivision in Orono
is expired. If work is currently continuing at this subdivision,it is occurring without a MCWD permit. I
contacted Todd Holmers in October that the permit would expire soon(see the message below),but have not
received a response to renew the permit. What is the status of this subdivision?Is work continuing here?I also
