Re: Garage Addition
Dear Mr. Burnevick:
As you are aware,the addition you constructed on your garage without a building permit is required
to meet a 10'setback from property lines and may not meet other zoning requirements. Your options
are to remove the addition or make application to City Council for variances to see if you would be
able to keep it.
A deadline of November 18, 1996 has been established. If action is not taken by that time,the City
may initiate legal action. If you have any questions or if you have a problem meeting this deadline,
