Dear Sandra Jaeger,
It has come to the attention of this department that you have placed a shed on your property at
591 North Stream in Orono. The letter is to notify you that the City of Orono requires a building
permit for sheds.
Please submit a permit application (available at the city or on line at the city website) along with
a plan on how the building is built and a survey showing the location of the building. If all zoning
and building codes are met the city will issue a permit. A deadline of June 9ei 2009 has been
established for submittal of a permit application or removal of the building from the site. If you
have any questions or if you have a problem meeting this deadline, please feel free to contact
me at my office.
