Lydiard Lake classification is determined to be a Natural Environment(NE) —ordinary high water level is 970.9'. This lake classification (NE) requires a structure setback of 150'from the lake for all structures. The zoning district is RR-113 (2 acre) which requires a 30'side setback for principal structures and a 50'setback from the road. An accessory structure may be located closer to the side lot line dependent on its size: 750-1,000 sf. 15'from the side lot line or if it is 1,000+ sf or more it must meet principal structure setbacks (30'). Average Lakeshore setback is within Section 78-1279(6). A pool must be located behind the average lakeshore setback line and at least 10 feet from the house and any house appurtenances (decks, etc).
