Re: Deck Construction
Dear Mr. Holtzer:
It has come to the attention of this department that you have recently constructed a deck on your
property. This letter is to notify you that a building permit is required for deck construction in the
City of Orono.
Therefore, the City must require you to submit a permit application, building plans and a survey
showing the location of the deck. A deadline of August 3, 1998 has been established for submittals.
