As you requested we have measured the existing elevations on 11/27/2012 and find the following:
Footing elevation= 1014.5 feet
Walkout floor elevation= 1014.83 feet+-(not poured)
Top of house wall(form)= 1023.5 feet
We also confirm that the foundation is located in the position shown on our survey of the proposed
residence dated January 11,2012.
