Dear Judy Hatchett:
This letter is regarding the three boats that are stored on your property. Orono code
requires all boats that are stored on private property to be 30 feet in length or less and
owned by the property owner or renter. We need documentation that shows the 3 boats
are less than 30 feet in length and owned by the property owner. If they do not meet the
requirements of our code then they must be removed by December 17, 2003 or
arrangements must be made with the city for an extension.
