Dear Ms. Lundeen:
I have enclosed a copy of the City Engineer's letter of December 10, 1996 advising of the required
amount for the letter of credit. Note the financial guarantee is written to 150% of the cost of those
improvements and shows the adjusted amount to be$51,570. Please be advised that the City cannot
issue building permits for new construction within the plat until the City is in receipt of the required
letter of credit.
I have once again enclosed a copy of the letter of credit form required by the City. Please also
disregard the engineer's comments regarding private road standards as access to Lots 1, 3 and 4 is
via a private driveway. The City will require the drive as shown in design/spec plans be paved.
We have address assignments for the new lots created in the Chadwick plat. Please contact the City
offices when you are ready to install the address signage at Bayside at the intersection of the private
driveway with Bayside.
