Email: During routine inspections by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD)staff at the above
admin®minnehahacreek.org mentioned location,the following violations of permit#03-188 were observed and recorded on July
31,2003:

• Slit fence Is 1/3+full around site
• Streets laden with silt
• Gravel Drive Not maintained,sediment flow into street
• Permit not posted
Board of Managers The MCWD requires that the permit holder take the following action:
Pamela Blhd • Maintain and install silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are vegetated.
James Gaildns install silt fences in the front of each site,on all downhill slopes and around stockpiles.Slit
fence must be trenched In 6 Inches and Installed according to Instructions,Slit fence should be
Lance Fisher maintained at less than 1/3 full.
• Repair silt fence around entire site, re-stake or re-hang sift fence.
Susan Goetz . Extend silt fence along North Shore Drive and maintain gravel construction drive as a driveway

• When the site is restabiilized and the MCWD staff has
performed a final Inspection, all silt fences must be removed
