This letter is to confirm that the landscaping and retaining wall corrections referenced in Exhibit A of
that certain Escrow Agreement dated March 9, 2004 by and between Minnetonka Custom Homes,
Inc.,Thomas Cornelissen,Powerhouse Title, and the City of Orono, have been completed to the
satisfaction of the City.
