Notes/Comments:Observed excavation for above house. Excavation bottom soils consist of naturally occuring clay till
soils.The walkout footing will on natural soils,except where a cistern was located on the west side of the basement and
removed. Imported silty sand will be used as backfill.Bottom soils approved for fill placement
