Re: Lot Line Rearrangement
Comments: Initially staff though that resolution number 5553 was not filed because
Hennepin County did not recognize the lot subdivision. After Soren and
staff researched, it was determined that the resolution was filed, but until
a deed is recorded, Hennepin County won't recognize the change in lot
line.
NO PERMIT for 4731 until subdivision has been done as 4725 is on both
parcels.
