General Scope of Work
L Addition
Owner intends to build a 23'x 35'Four level Garage/Room Addition attached
to an existing walkout home.
The addition will have four levels:
1. Full Unfinished Basement.
2. First Floor Family Room and separate Bedroom.
3. Heated 2-1/2 Car Garage with Workshop and Built-In Storage Shelves.
4. Master Bedroom Suite with Sun Deck, Master Bath.
Note: All four levels are accessed with a finished open stair system.

1. Finish existing Roughed-In 3/4 Bath.
2. Remove existing stairs to First Floor and enlarge existing Laundry Room.
B. First Floor Level
1. Remove existing stairs to Lower Level and extend existing flooring to creat

2. Remove existing built-in seating area and extend kitchen worktop.
3. Remove existing entry way and closet. Install new walk-in Entry Closet and
