RE: Well Service and Plan Review at 4695 North Shore Drive,Orono.
Dear Mr. Ward:
RES performed the following service to your water well on 3-9-92:
1. Pulled old pump and installed new 3/4 HP Stainless Steel submersible pump.
2. Installed 21' of new galvanized drop pipe.
3. Installed new 1" check valve.
4. Installed 90'of new submersible 12-3 wire.
Note: According to our records,your well had performed service free for over 17 years
prior to the above service.
At the time RES serviced your well, you asked me to review your proposed house remodeling plan,FP-
2, to determine if the proposed addition location would still permit reasonable access to the well for
servicing. If the addition is built where proposed on the plan, and the flat area to the west defined by
retaining walls is built, I feel we could still get our truck in close enough to service the well.
