Pulled old pump and installed new 3/4 HP Stainless Steel submersible pump. <br /> 2. Installed 21' of new galvanized drop pipe. <br /> 3. Installed new 1" check valve. <br /> 4. Installed 90'of new submersible 12-3 wire. <br /> Note: According to our records,your well had performed service free for over 17 years <br /> prior to the above service. <br /> At the time RES serviced your well, you asked me to review your proposed house remodeling plan,FP- <br /> 2, to determine if the proposed addition location would still permit reasonable access to the well for <br /> servicing.
