Dear Mr. Corbin:
We are in receipt of a copy of your LMCD De-icing License for the 1995-96 winter season.
This leads us to conclude that you may have constructed a permanent dock at your property.
Please be advised that construction of a permanent dock in Orono requires a conditional use
permit. A copy of the appropriate application package is enclosed. Please contact me or
Zoning Administrator Jeanne Mabusth to discuss the application requirements, if in fact you
have constructed a permanent dock.
Sincerely,
Ap
