This <br /> does not compare with Hennepin. Co. recorded measurement of 97.67 ft plus 10 ft of vacated surface <br /> easement which would be 107.67 ft. or 2.03 ft plus a small additional due to the angles involved. My <br /> property survey has now been completed and Hennepin County markers were unearthed that assisted in <br /> locating the old fire lane boundaries located on my eastern boundary next to Hwy. 19. The markers indicate <br /> that the survey stakes set by your Survey company are proper. <br /> In regards to the changes in the dimensions from 92.67ft and then to 97.67 and now to 109.67 ft. on the <br /> Northerly boundary we assume this is only a change on your side of the 1/2 Vacated Alley and therefore <br /> does not affect our property as previously questioned. <br /> We therefore withdraw our objection to the questioned 2.+foot property encroachment by Stonewood. <br /> Regarding the issue of TITLE of the 1/2 of vacated alleyway(actually an old fire lane)I gave Tony Lund, <br /> Stonewood director of this project, a copy of the recorded Quit Claim Deed by Henry J. Rigelhof and <br /> Eleanor Rigelhof to Harold Leon Albrecht and Carol Ann Albrecht on July 9, 1968 thus settling this issue <br /> of a recorded instrument granting us one-half of this alleyway. <br /> Sincerely <br /> HAROLD L.
