We have submitted and paid for a sewer disconnect permit earlier this morning 2. Escrow Agreement is located on page 3 of the attached scan. Escrow of$2500 should be received by the City of Orono tomorrow, 12/7/17. 3. Property Survey is also attached to this email 4. MCWD permit is being submitted by the builder, LDK Builders, and they will supply this to you, if they haven't already. 5. There are two wells on the property; one well is located in the basement of the home and the other is located outside of the home on the property grounds.
