Subject: Driveway Improvements at 4445 North Shore Drive
We have received complaints from neighbors of severe erosion
entering channel area along west lot line of property a�jacent to
channel. It would appear property owner, Gayle Wittig, has not
completed original conditions of both Hennepin County and City's
approval of turnaround installation. Please see that he is
advised of the need to complete this in addition to providing
erosion control to the outlet end of the culvert in the side yard
adjacent to channel..
Please get back to me with a final status report as soon as
possible.
