WE NEED MR. VANG TO DO A FOLLOW UP IYEPORT ON OUR HOUSE:
1 - Soffits
A - Mr. Vang,I was present when you told Benson Construction that you wanted to see the
(2) soffits before they were closed up, to be sure the work was done properly.
B - I talked to the workers and the foreman and they evidently, purposely did not have you
. come back for your inspection.
�� C - I would like a report from your records stating that you were not called back to inspect
' ��* what they had done and so you cannot assure me they did it properly.
D - I would like a statement that Benson Construction did not adequately caulk the wood
seams and not even nail the soffit material down properly or prime or paint the
repaired (2) soffits.
E - The roof leaks like a sive.
2 - Patios
A - Please inspect the "2" open outlets left open for rain and snow to enter.
B - Please inspect the top of the new siding they installed that is continually leaking
water and snow into the entire wall.
C - Look and see no metal flashing was installed along the top edge of the 2nd floor to keep
rain w�ter ot�t of the hause,
3 - Benson Construction used a nail gun on the deck flooring and used poor quality wood and
very poor workmanship etc.
The two decks were left uncompleted by Benson Construction and consequently unuseable and
should be considered dangerous.
4 - I would appreciate it, if after your inspection, - your report would also conclude and
put down on paper that the work done on the house was done in a slip shod manner and was
below Industry Standards etc. etc.
After inspection of our house by various house ar.d deck builders etc. , it is evident
they believe that Bensons way of doing business and how he does it should not in any
way or form be tolerated or accepted.
