Re: Access to CSAH 19,North Shore Drive

The proposed use of the existing private driveway entrance,thence across County State
Aid Highway (CSAH) 19 right of way to your site for maintenance purposes is
acceptable to Hennepin County.
No permit will be required since no access work is proposed, however, restoration of the
area with black dirt and seed upon project completion will be expected.
