We shot a lot more elevations to help determine the water flow since some areas are so flat.We compared the final
approved grading plan with the current grades and although the current driveway is a different configuration the drainage
area to the west is approximately 0.42 acres for both the approved plan and current plan. Let me know your thoughts.
Both drawings are at 1"= 30'and there is also a copy at 1"=20' of the current conditions.
