Dear Mr. Larson:
LTpon review of the site plan, dated February 14, 2000, completed by Mazk S. Gronberg, we can
?rant conceptual approval for a residence to be located on the property. During the recent lot line
rearrangement (Zoning Application#2400) it was agreed that a residence could be constructed to
meet the average lakeshore setback for the principal residence located at 4315 North Shore Drive.
Based on the initial site plan a permit could be issued, except grading on the property shall not be
within 5' of adjacent property lines. The site plan indicates grading within 5' of the property lines.
