, �,. <br /> . • - -�. <br /> ` � O " � <br /> � N O e <br /> ����� CITY of ORONO <br /> ���. <br /> � � ���� ti <br /> � � �" �„ G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � � 3042 <br /> ��kESfl�g'� NO. <br /> A RBSOLUTION GRANTING <br /> A VARIANGS TO ORDINANCB NO. 96, SECOND SffitIBS, <br /> AND APPROVING A �S AND BODNDS SUBDIVISION <br /> OF A LOT LINE REARRAZJGIIKBNT <br /> FOR PROPSRTIES LOCAT$D AT <br /> 4345 AND 4365 I�ORTS SHORS DRaVS <br /> FII,$ �1695 <br /> WH$REAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws o£ the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHBREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> "City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, <br /> economic and s�fe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 26, 1991, the City Council adopted <br /> Ordinance No. 96, Second Series, an ordinance establishing an interim <br /> moratorium on the granting of land subdivisions that have not received <br /> preliminary approval from the City; and <br /> WHERBAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision of a lot line rearrangement by Thomas and Alice Stuck of <br /> 4365 North Shore Drive and John Bauer �of 4345 North Shore Drive <br /> (hereinafter "the subdividers") of properties legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> A. The North 125 feet of the West half of Lot 6, and the East <br /> half of Lot S, � Block 18, "Saga Hill Revised, Hennepin Co <br /> Minn. ". <br /> B. Lots 7, 8 and the East half of Lot 6; ALSO that part of the <br /> West half of Lot 6 lying South of the North 125 feet <br /> thereof, Block 18. "Saga 8i11 Revised, Hennepin Co <br /> Minn."; and <br /> WH$RBAS, the subdividers hav e requested a variance to <br /> Ordinance No. 96, Second Series to allow the proposed subdivision of a <br /> lot line rearrangement to proceed; and <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
