Re: Zaning violations at 4330 North Shore Drive
Dear Mr. Strelow:
It has come to the attention of this department that you
have unlicensed, inoperable vehicles stored on your groperty and
that yeu also park a truck-tractor on your property on occasion.
This letter is to notify you that the above is in violation
of Orono Municipal Code Sections 9.50 and 8.23, Subdivison 2, and
must be removed before Mav 8. 1989. If this deadline is not met,
the City may issue citations.

Dear Mr. Valek:
It has come to the attention of this department that your company has excavated and filled within
75' of the Lake Minnetonka ordinary high water level.
� This letter is to notify you that this is a violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 10.56, Subd.
, 16(7-2). The City must require you to restore the area to original conditions or apply to City
Council for consideration of a conditional use permit to allow the fill to remain. A deadline of
May 2, 1994 has been established for restoration or applicaxion submittal. If this deadline is not
met, the City will initiate legal action. If you have any questions on this matter, feel free to
