That part of Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block 18, Saga Hill Revised, which lies westerly of the following
described line, and it' s extensions: Commencing at the point of intersection of the West line of said
Lot 9 with the shoreline of Lake Minnetonka; thence on an assumed bearing of North 1 degree 53
-p minutes East along the West line of said Lot 9 to the Northwest corner of said Lot 9; thence
WEST ARM easterly a distance of 233.50 feet along a curve not tangential with the last described line, said
curve is concave to the South, has a radius of 1043.00 feet, a central angle of 12 degrees 49
minutes 37 seconds and the chord of said curve bears South 76 degrees 05 minutes 32 seconds
East to the point of beginning of the line being described; thence South 11 degrees 05 minutes
18 seconds West to the shoreline of Lake Minnetonka, and said line there ending.
