as well as the proposed plans it appears that the new deck will conform to the codes or fit into the

Subject:deck replacement
Hi Melanie,
My husband, Doug and myself inet you briefly when we stopped into the city office last fall inquiring
about recommendations of our plan to replace our current decks with expanding out the lower deck.
You offered to review our plans if we emailed them to you.
So before we go forward with a commitment with a builder and a request for a permit, could you please
review the attached survey and deck plan. In regards to replacing the upper deck we have tried to meet
building codes of stairs,sightline and lot line. There should be no concern about hardcover.Your input
would be greatly appreciated.
