Good afternoon,
Kevin with MCB Inc out of St. Cloud called in earlier today regarding permitting requirements for a home remodel for
4215 North Shore Drive. He informed me that all of the work is interior remodeling and thus will not require a permit
from Minnehaha Creek Watershed District based on our conversation. I asked Kevin to contact the City of Orono to
inquire about any permits you may require. I have also copied Kevin on this email.
Please let me know of any further questions.
