Dear Evelyn:
We have reviewed the revised Site/Grading Plan for the proposed house at 4205 North Shore Drive, dated
10-25-07 and the attached revised grading plan(faxed on 11-5-07)for the northwest side of the proposed
house .We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• The applicant should incorporate the revisions shown in the faxed drawing into the overall grading
plan, Once this is completed, all previous comments regarding site grading have been addressed.
• The proposed retaining wall to the east of the house is greater than 4 feet in height and will
require engineered design and details to be submitted for review and approval.
