Randy,
1. I am still looking for a copy of the proposed utility easement for Orono.
2.I need an updated proposed grading plan with calculations ASAP to Bruce @
Orono and their engineer @ Bonestro. They want a calc of the imported fill on
the easterly side of the front yard where the drainage was diverted from going in
the easterly directions to along the lot line on'our side' down toward ou�e rear
yard via our ea�terly side yard. The City I feel is striving for a'maintainable'
slope upward from the easterly neighbor to a slight crest atop the slope to keep
as much draina,ge as practical on our side of the line; curiing down the size of
our draina,ge plane that diverted to the easterly properly as much as practical.
Cunently it is steeper than contemplated by anyone but is doing damage cont�ol
during the rainy season.
Our landscape plan will include evergreens along tbis property line slope which
should make for a nice buffer with sorne privacy for each property.
There is enough fill on site now to do what we are intending to do.
The driveway curb cut onto Fairview cotta.ge Lane canmove up toward North
Shore Drive somewhat to better improve the drainage from the upper yard onto
Fairview Cottage; as well.
Final grading will commence as soon as 'mud season' is over.
The City is looking for this infonnation ASAP.

Hay bales are in place-more coming tomorrow.
I will get the rock spread in the driveway as best as possible.
Bobcat scrapped the street- la.sted about a mega second!
Todd said he would nightly shovel it the best he can- frozen in the morning, so
it is an a.f�ernoon job.
I ta,lked to the Westerly neighbor, and she understands the need for grading the
lot line properly in June at our expense.
I ha.ve greatly improved the easterly neighbor's drainage. She obviously has a
big problem she is denying, and I at my expense ha.ve made her situation with
our properry as good as possible with very little drainage toward her-MUCH
less than the prior situarion.Now if Randy can document it.....

I met with DaveZetterman @ Hennepin County Right of Way who visited our
site.
We were issued a$100 temporary permit for accessing our lot off of North
Shore Drive until the 4 Ton sign disappears from Fairview Cottage Lane next
month.
Please contact me if there are any issues in regard to this temporary situation.
He also wanted us to 'clean up'the right of way area( deteriorated stone wall)
and debris: which we accomodated).
