Dear Mr. & Mrs. Titler:
I am writing in regards to several issues involving your property. I informed you at the tast
inspection that the boat was part way into the road right of way and needed to be moved. You
agreed to move the boat out of the right of way at that time. The moving van was also
discussed and that it needed to be licensed and road worthy. You informed r�e that you were
trying to get it started and that one way or another it would be leaving very soon. The van is still
parked in the same location. I mentioned to you that it was just a matter of time before I
received a formal complaint concerning the boat and van and then I would have to make the
removal request a formal one.
This Office has now received a formal complaint regarding the boat and van. The boat must be
moved so that it is a minimum of five feet off the ROW. The van must be rernoved from the
property or be licensed and road worthy. Please resolve these issues within the next 10 days.
Failure to do so can result in the City towing away the vehicles at your expense.
If you have finished the necessary items identified during the last building inspection, I would
appreciate it if you would schedule an inspection so the City can issue a final Certificate of
Occupancy and close this project out. If you have any questions please feel free to call. �
