, . -. <br /> SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT <br /> THIS INDENTIJRE, made this 12th day of October, 2006, by and between Mary Titler <br /> and William Titler, wife and husband, hereina.fter referred to as "Grantors", and the City of <br /> Orono, a municipal corporation, under the laws of the Sta.te of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to <br /> as "Grantee". <br /> WITNESSETH, that Grantors, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and for <br /> other good and valuable consideration given by Grantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged <br /> by the Grantors, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to Grantee, its successors and assigns, <br /> a Permanent Easement for sanitary sewer purposes, over, under and across that part of Lot 2, <br /> Orchard Beach, a plat on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder of Hennepin <br /> county,Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> That part of Lot 2, Orchard Beach described as follows: Beginning at a point on the <br /> North line of said Lot 2 a distance of 98 feet Southeasterly from the Northwesterly comer <br /> of said Lot 2;thence Southwesterly to a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 2 which <br /> point is 60 feet Southeasterly from the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 2;thence <br /> Southeasterly along the Southerly line of Lot 2 a distance of 60 feet;thence Northeasterly <br /> to the Northerly line in said Lot 2 to a point on said line which is 76.5 feet Southeasterly <br /> � along the Northerly line of said lot from the point of beginning;thence Northwesterly <br /> along said Northerly line of said Lot 76.5 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Said Easement being 20.00 feet in width, lying 10.00 feet on each side as measured at <br /> right angles to and parallel with,the following described line <br /> Commencing at the Northwest Comer of said Lot 2,thence along the Northeast Line of <br /> said Lot 2, a curve, concave to the Southwest, whose elements are: central angle of 03 <br /> degrees 44 minutes 45 seconds,radius of 1,499.00 feet, arc length of 98.00 feet, and a <br /> chord that bears South 47 degrees 22 minutes 28 seconds East, assumed bearing, a chord <br /> distance of 97.98 feet to the Northwest Property Line; thence along said Northwest Line, <br /> South 27 degrees 14 minutes 58 seconds West, a distance of 274.70 feet to the Point of <br /> Beginning of the Line herein described; thence North 77 degrees 02 minutes 34 seconds <br /> East, a distance of 80.38 feet to the Southeast Property Line and there terminating. <br /> T'he sidelines of said Easement are to be lengthened or shortened as to terminate in said <br /> Northwest Line and said Southeast Line. <br /> Containing 1,608 sq. ft. or 0.0369 Acres of land. <br /> In addition to any other remedy the Grantee may have, the covenants and restrictions <br /> contained herein may be enforced by injunction. <br /> �A���r����fV�"�RE� <br /> Page 1 of 2 HENNEPIN COUNTY TAXPAYER SERVICES <br /> NOV o l 2006 <br /> H NNEPIN COUNTY MN <br /> PUT1P <br /> �� <br />
