Dear Ms. Maxfield:
Please sign both official copies of the enclosed resolution before a notary and return them in the
envelope provided. The copy you signed should have been labeled dra.ft as it was not meant for you
to sign it. (Council made no change in it when the�adopted it.) I apologize for the inconvenience of
your having to find a notary twice.
You also need to sign the enclosed tax parcel combination form. This is necessary because the fence
extends across all three of your lots while your house is only one. You can't have a fence on a
vacant lot. This should have no impact on your properry taxes. City regulations would not a11ow
them to be used separately for more houses.
