owner at 4064 Narth Shore Drive in the City of Orono that from the
current proposal,the project proposed at this location daes not appear
to require permits from the Mfnnehaha Creek Watershed Dist�ct. Due
to the size of the project, it does not appear that the constructfon of a
garage addltion or proposed landscaping will involve the significant
������e� amaunt ot excavatlon (5000 ft?or 50 yds,3) required for the MCW D
