I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 1949 as amended, I
have surveyed the following -described tract of land in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lots 7 and 8, and that part of the Easterly 11 feet of Lot 9 lying Northerly of a line drawn from a point on the
Westerly line of said Easterly 11 feet distant 157.25 feet Southerly from the point of intersection of said Westerly
line of the Easterly 11 feet with the Northerly line of said Lot 9, to a point on the Easterl-i line of said Lot 9
distant 217.3 feet Southerly from the Northeast corner of said Lot 9, and there ending, in Highwood, Lake Minnetonka
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said Hen-
nepin County, and that the survey shown hereon is a correct delineation of said survey, dated this 20th day of
November, 1975.
