In order to get the landscapers on the right track we need additional and corrected
information regarding grading and hardcover for this project.
New topographical survey showing:
1. Additional fill you want to keep in the lakeshore yard.
2. Small retaining wall by east side basement window. (to correct for window on
house plan which was not considered on original grading)
3. Accurate grading for west property line behind garage. Proposed may not be
accurate. Show what you actually intend to do.
4. Revised retaining wall between the house and the garage which is different
than proposed.
5. Any other landscaping which is different than proposed.
New revised hardcover calculations showing:
1. Current garage footprint.
2. All boulder walls and"outcroppings"
3. Any other hardcover which you may want. A final "as-built"hardcover survey
will be required before any occupancy.
