Dear Mr. Mark Dobratz:
This letter is regarding the ice house that is in your front yard. The ice house is located where it
is a safety and setback issue. We must treat the ice house as a structure which must meet setback
standazds. It is also a safety issue being located so close to North Shore Dr. The ice house must
be located no closer to the road than your house. It would be best located in the back yazd.
Please move the ice house to a compliant location by February 14, 2003.
