Dear Mr. Powers: The City has received complaints about the property you own at 3805 North Shore Drive in Orono. A site inspection revealed the following zone code violations: Boat Storage - The City prohibits the storage of boats over 20' in length on residential properties. Boats less tl�an 20' can be stored to the rear of the house 10' from property lines. Section 10.60, Subd. 13. Dead Trees - It appears you or your tenant is in the process of tree trimming or tree removal. This process should be completed in a reasonable period of time. Section 9.55. Waste material shall not be washed into the public storm sewer system nor the sanitary sewer system without first having received a permit to do so from the City. If said permit is not granted, a method of disposal shall be devised which will not require continuous land requisition for permanent operation and will not cause a detrimental effe�t to the adjacent land. Should the waste be of solid form rather than fluid, the storage area shall be so located and fenced as to be removed fro m public view. In all districts, all waste material, debris, refuse, garbage, _ materials not currently in use for construction or otherwise regulated herein shall be kept in an enclosed building or properly contained in a closed container for such purposes.
