Dear Mr. Plachecki,
It has come to the attention of this department that you have recently placed a structure
on your property between your garage and the lot line. This letter is to notify you that the
building is in violation of city ordinances and must be removed. The city code requires
accessory structures to be 10 feet from property lines. The city code also prohibits
buildings and hard cover within 75 feet of the lake. Since your property has been granted
variances in the past for hard cover it certain that further variances would not be
approved. �
The city has established a deadline of August 11, 2008 for removal. If this dead line is
not met the city will forward the matter to the city attorney for legal action. If you have
any questions or if you have a problem meeting this deadline pleased feel free to call me
at my office.

Dear Mr. Plachecki,
On July 29th 2008 the city notified you of the requirement for a building permit for a
building placed on your property. As we discussed there is not a legal location on the
property to place the building. Your failure to remove the building leaves the city no
alternative but to forward the issue to the city attorney. Action will be withheld until
October 13th. If the building is not removed the city attorney will prosecute. If you have
