the subject permit application was reviewed along with the following exhibits:
1. Permit Application 89-108 received June 5, 1989. �
2. Typical cross section prepared by Minnetonka Portable Dredging received
June 5, 1989.
3. Location map showing the project received June 5, 1989.
The Board approved the permit application as submitted.
This document is your permit from the MCWD. It is valid for one (1) year. If
construction is not complete within one (1) year, an extension must be
requested. Please contact the District at 473-4224 when the project is about i
to commence so an inspector may view the work in progress.
