RE: Lakeshore Deck
Dear Mr. Hart:
This letter is to confirm our discussion of last week regarding a deck you constructed at the lakeshore
on your property. The deck is in violation of several ordinances and must be removed before
September 8, 1997. If the deck is not removed by this deadline,the City will issue citations and refer
the matter to the City Attorney for further legal action.
